Gallop's races, town of Sinj

Through the history, the inhabitants of the town of Sinj and Cetina province, have been known for their courage during the battle with the attackers, who wanted to conquer their proud town and province. So they had to deal in the horses,breading and the knightly games. To continue this tradition, through the tourist,sports and advertising offers in the year 2010. , international Gallop's Races in the town of Sinj, have been organized. Within gallops races program, three races have been arranged in : May,June and September. It has to be arranged at that time, because of more favourable conditions and temperature for horses. The best gallop racers from the : Rebublic of Croatia,Serbia,Bosnia and Hercegovina and Hungary, have been competing in few categories and different lanes of 1200 to 2000 metres.

The organizers,guests,visitors and tourists have enjoyed the races who were galloping the lane to provide for the owner and jockey the glory,reward and the winning wreath. There are many lovers to the gallop's races, so this tradition will continue to the forthcoming years.
